How we work

1. Introduction call (20–30 minutes) — confirm fit, locations, and timing.
2. Document gather — you share price lists, typical job cards, and recent cost sheets under a simple confidentiality note.
3. Working day — we rebuild the list together, either at your premises or by video with a shared sheet.
4. Written summary — delivered within five working days, then one clarifying call.

Preparation

Have last quarter’s supplier invoices, your current printed or till price list, and a rough sense of how long core jobs take. If you offer staff discounts or “mates rates,” note who still receives them.

Constraints

Best suited to businesses with one or two locations. Multi-site chains need a scoped proposal. We work in English and price in pounds sterling.
