Scope
This policy covers advisory consultations offered by CloudFabric Strategy, including Pricing Structure Reviews, Margin Recovery Sessions, Local Market Price Positioning, and Quarterly Profit Checks. It does not cover physical goods, software subscriptions, or services we do not offer.
Deposit and engagement fees
A deposit of 40% is typically required to reserve a working day or research slot. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed written summary (or at the start of each quarter for Quarterly Profit Checks). Fees are confirmed in your engagement note.
Cancellation by you
- More than 10 working days before the working session: deposit refunded in full, less any non-recoverable travel already agreed in writing.
- 5–10 working days before: 50% of the deposit retained; the remainder refunded.
- Fewer than 5 working days before, or non-attendance (no-show): deposit retained in full.
If you have paid the full fee in advance, the same timelines apply to the portion treated as the deposit; unused balance is refunded according to work not yet started.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 5 working days’ notice is usually accommodated without charge, subject to diary availability. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations for deposit purposes.
Work already started
Once document review or research for your engagement has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. If we have delivered a written summary, the engagement fee for that deliverable is non-refundable.
Quarterly Profit Checks
If you cancel a future quarterly session with at least 10 working days’ notice before that session, the prepaid fee for that quarter is refunded. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded. Prior sessions already delivered are not refundable.
Materials and third-party costs
Pre-approved travel or venue costs incurred before cancellation are non-refundable. We do not purchase retail stock or production materials as part of these consultations.
How to request a refund
Email hello@cloudfabric-core.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a rearranged date at no extra fee. Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected where they apply to you as an individual acting outside your trade.
