Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content, consultation interest)

- Engagement records if you become a client (scope notes, invoices, working documents you choose to share)
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract
- Delivering advisory engagements — performance of a contract

- Meeting accounting and legal duties — legal obligation
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless they become part of a client file. Client engagement records are retained for six years to meet accounting and limitation requirements, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data follows the cookie durations described on our cookies page.
Sharing
We use service providers who process data on our instructions (for example email hosting and, if enabled, analytics). We do not sell personal data. If a legal authority lawfully requires disclosure, we may comply.
International transfers
Where a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we seek appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses as applicable.
Your rights
