Fees are quoted in pounds sterling before VAT where applicable. The figures below are starting points for a single trading location. Multi-site work is scoped separately.

What changes a quote
- Number of locations and how different their menus are
- Whether we travel on-site outside the Windsor area
- How complete your cost records are before the working day
- Urgency that requires evening or weekend sessions
How payment works
We issue an engagement note with scope and fee. A deposit of 40% reserves the working day; the balance is due on delivery of the written summary. Quarterly checks are invoiced at the start of each quarter. Card and bank transfer are accepted. There is no online checkout on this site — fees are confirmed personally.
Estimates, not subscriptions
We do not sell monthly software access or tiered “Starter / Professional” plans. If your needs sit between two consultations, we will say so and recommend the smaller useful piece of work.
