About CloudFabric Strategy

We help established local businesses in the United Kingdom put honest prices on the floor and keep more of what busy weeks should earn.

Why we exist

Plenty of owners know their prices feel wrong and still postpone the conversation. Supplier emails arrive, staff hours stretch, and the printed list stays unchanged because changing it feels like admitting a mistake. CloudFabric Strategy exists to make that conversation practical, specific, and finite.

Origin

The practice began in Windsor after years of informal help for neighbouring retailers who kept asking the same question: why a full week still left little to reinvest. What started as evening reviews of till reports became a focused advisory firm for pricing and day-to-day profitability — never a software product, always a working session with the owner in the room.

How we approach the work

We begin with the artefacts you already have: price boards, job cards, invoices, and the discounts you give without writing down. We rebuild from costs and labour minutes outward. Fancy frameworks only appear if they clarify a decision you must make that week.

Who you work with

Engagements are led by advisers who have sat through quiet Tuesdays and frantic Saturdays on real premises. We are comfortable in stockrooms and back offices. Credentials we cite are the engagements themselves — revised menus, calmer discount policies, and owners who can explain a price rise without shrinking.

Values we hold

  • Specific over generic — advice names your services, not “the market.”
  • Respect for regulars — loyalty can stay; it should be chosen, not accidental.
  • Finite scope — every engagement has a clear end and a written handoff.
  • United Kingdom context — VAT, high-street habits, and local catchments shape the counsel.

Community

We keep ties with independent business groups around Berkshire and welcome referrals from accountants who want a specialist for the pricing conversation while they handle the books.
